Yngwie Malmsteen. Very highly renouned guitarist. I'm not sure what genre you'd classify him in. He's his own deal, pretty much. Widely considered a virtuoso. Plays everything from classical to rock, and if you heard it, you wouldn't believe it was one guy on a guitar.
And back on topic... I really do enjoy... Something Corporate... The Used... and... Michelle Branch. :/

The Brand New Heavies. I hate to say it, but give me the sound of a Fender Rhodes and an above average session singer playing aceed jazzzz and I'm there. Kill me now, before I say Madonna's "Ray Of Light" album. Or Estelle. But I won't apologize for Fleetwood Mac :(

Michelle Branch is okay, I only really like the one song Everywhere.
The Used is freakin' AWESOME.
But I have never heard Something Corporate...or Fleetwood Mac. I think my parents hate them. I dunno.
Also, I can't believe I forgot...I like Linkin Park and Jethro Tull. But I won't apologise for Jethro Tull because they had a flute...this one time, at band camp...
