Was anyone else as relieved as I was to hear that although they were in one of the stations at the time the bombs went off in London the entire eight-piece is unharmed, if slightly shaken.

Maybe I'm more relieved because Gus Franklin is my cousin so the whole family worried collectively...

it is good news.  Architecture in Helsinki are an awesome band, some smashing fellow Australians, and (i think) some pretty decent fellow human beings to boot.

Gus is cool. I caught their gig a couple days after the bombings and none of them looked anything like dead. I also got my copy of In Case We Die signed by five out of eight but I got Kellie Sutherland who is my favourite and Cameron who isn't called the lead singer for nothing, so now I am like... 62.5% completion of the AiH Pokemon Signature Challenge.

But yeah it's awesome they're alive but it's also awesome that of the 7 million people in London, 7 million are still alive. Get it in perspective yo. Anyhoo, hope it doesn't stop them coming back here this October.

Also, if you see Gus, tell him to mix up their set list this time! We wants B-sides.

Ahem. Nuff.
