Forgotten classics.
Super Dave:
Metallica - Kill 'Em All
People, now focused on The Black Album, and St. Anger, seemed to forget that this album was seriously good stuff, even though it wasn't really written by Metallica, but Dave Mustaine(Megadeth).
Also, Megadeth - Rust In Peace, to this day, is probably one of the greatest thrash album EVER MADE.
Mr Blue Sky:
The Turtles - Hapy Togheter
Weezer - Island in the Sun

catchiest song Frank Zappa ever wrote.
My Aim Is True:
--- Quote from: La Creme ---I thought it was something about the lights being out and it sustaining them. Whatever, grunge was a stupid movement anyways. The only decent thing to come out of it was the Mudhoney cover of "Pump It Up". That's good stuff.

would that be the Elvis Costello song?

Kill Em All is basically middle-of-the-road Mercyful Fate worship with vocals not as cool as King Diamond.
Ride The Lightning > all other Metallica releases IMO
