Photography, yay! (Warning: Very, VERY dial-up unfriendly)

reva:
I'm currently in my first semester of photo class (but have already pretty much decided to minor in photography).  I've got a Nikon F80 which is quickly becoming my best friend.

this one was actually the very first print i ever developed in the dark room (after the contact sheet for the roll of film, if you count that...)

some other pics I've done this semester:

Stifled Dreams:
Geez, that is lightyears beyond my first print. I really like your stuff, reva! Especially the second link with the ice, that is a pretty unusual picture. The last one looks like it might've been a good one to capture in color! Every once in a while a black-and-white photo comes along and I say, "damn, I wish that was in color."

Mnementh:

Sadly I appear to have lost the original file for this one.  It sucks because it's a great shot.

I'm crossing my fingers that I haven't lost the negatives for those last three in all the moves of the past year.

More coming.  Most likely without the watermarks because they're a pain in the ass to add.

The first was taken with a Nikon D70, the second with a Nikon 8008, and the last two with a Nikon N70.

I've moved this to the arts & crafts forum because it doesn't really fit in the comics & drawing forum now.

Zaarin:
I took this at Auckland airport when I was over there at Christmas:

Makes me proud to have been born there. As you may have noticed, I put it up on Wikipedia.

Mnementh:
These may go down and then up, as I'm still working on a gallery solution.

I really, really hate .jpg
