Ultra-Thin with wings! They are some of Kat's so I didn't have to purchase any for this specifically. The wings are pretty dang useless on these briefs.

Both pronunciations are listed in all my dictionaries (UK and US); but I would certainly have to do a double-take to work out what word I was hearing if I heard the second.

I always pronounce it hemmatight. But I've never heard anyone else say it before.
Also yeah the wings wouldn't be useful for you in anything with legs like boxers or boxer briefs. But you can always cut the wings off or tuck them elsewhere. A panty liner may be your best bet, as opposed to a pad.
Also, out of curiosity, why an apadravya instead of any of the other numerous cock piercings you could have gotten? If that is not too personal.
