Elysiana:
Cloth pad might do ya some good, probably more conducive to healing! The synthetic kind tend to hold in bacteria.

nekowafer:
The only problem with cloth pads is that they will have no way of attaching to his underpants unless he wears briefs. Also it's a lot of start up money for something that only needs to be worn for, what, a couple of weeks at most? I think the thin panty liners may be the best option for the convenience and price - you can get like 20 of them for $1 or so, and they are easily changed out. Just do not get anything scented. Ever. Eww.

Elysiana:
Just sell them on Craigslist when you're d- okay, I can't even say it.

nekowafer:
Yeahhh I have had that issue where I have cloth pads I can't use anymore. I feel awful throwing them out considering how awesome they are and how much they cost, but that's even worse than buying underpants at Goodwill.

Lines:
This might sound gross, but really, it's not: If they are anything like cloth diapers, keep them, they are great for cleaning up spills and whatnot. I mean, they're gonna be washed anyways, and if they're still absorbant, use them!
