Here's the list of dates so far.

I'm not familiar with either of the supporting bands, but I don't really give a shit. It's fucking Exodus. Not to mention Concord is like a 15 minute drive from my house.

God Damn, they do like, FUCKING circles around Kansas. I mean, just come to Lawrence and get it over with. It's a nice town, aside from the hipsters. And they need a taste of Exodus.

I think the problem being that it's a town. In Kansas. Not a high priority on many band's lists, I think.

Although Concord isn't really that big either. But they're from Oakland, so they have a (relatively) strong following in the Bay Area. Good for me!

Hell, if I really wanted to, I could catch the first and last shows of the tour.

The Flaming Lips - The Soft Bulletin

I remember when my little brother bought it(on a whim), I thought the cover was so cheap and tacky that it couldn't possibly hide anything worthwhile. Later on, naturally, I discovered that I was wrong. The cover is still tacky though.

Lawrence is a fairly large town. And it has LOTS of places for someone to play. It's a big College town, you see. It really wouldn't be an issue. Everybody just likes to ignore us like the plague.

Nightwish - I Wish I Had an Angel (Demo Version)

The best thing about having incredible taste in music is choosing to deliberately not exercise it and still loving it.

GREATEST THRILL
NOT TO KILL
BUT TO HAVE THE PRICE OF THE NIGHT...

I get a feeling that I'll be listening to a lot more Nightwish over the coming days and weeks, as I've finally got a girlfriend, and she has typical modern girly gawth tastes. Cradle of Filth, Nightwish and HIM.

I'll be working on her.

"Your Mind And We Belong Together" by Love. It's a single they included as an extra on the Forever Changes reissue, and it's certainly up to snuff as far as the album proper goes.

They also chucked in an eight minute long track of the band constantly fucking the song up. I think they get up to take thirty something.

Get "La Nòvia", man. The song goes for about 45 minutes, and it's absolutely insane.
