If you ever want to retain any kind of respect for Theatres Des Vampires, do not see them live. Highlights of their set at the Underworld:

- Singer cutting herself on stage
- Crazy goths in front row drinking blood from her open wounds
- Burning a picture of the recently-deceased pope
- Burning a crucifix (2 separate occasions)

Their antics between songs basically consisted of LOL WE'RE THE MOST FUCKING GOTHIC BAND IN EXISTENCE gimmicks. Fucking absurd. Even more annoying because the actual music wasn't too bad.

Oh, and- Porcupine Tree - Voyage 34 (The Complete Trip) Part I

I keep expecting somebody to start rapping mournfully (?) over this song. It's got a bit of a hip-hop feel about it, while also being slightly desolate. Either way, great track on a great album.

Dude, never go to a Profanatica concert.

- The band wears nothing but corspepaint and cattle blood
- pissing, spitting, eating, shitting, vomiting worms into and cumming on the bible
- Constant crucifix burnings.
- crucifix shoved up singers ass and then shitted out onto a pile of burning bibles

etc.

When Enochian Crescent was opening for Emperor in Finland a few years back, the singer of EC cut his wrist too deep and had to be taken to the hospital with an ambulance. Emperor refused to come to stage until the blood was removed from the premises. I can't remember if they had the pig heads on stage also.
