Hadn't dropped by in a while, but...

1- What moved you to the new panel arrangements (like the one in today's comic), the combination looks quite awesome and really gives the story a faster pacing...Will you keep it?

2- How did the story for The Talk come to your head, was it something you had planned from an early stage or did it just pop into your head doing "Jazz Hands"? (Jazz hands are very awesome)

Hello Jeph, I have been reading QC for a while now but I decided to register to ask something that has been bugging me.  Where are we going to meet any of the character's dads?  Sure Faye's dad is out of the question (unless its Zombie Dad) but we know that Marten's father is alive and well, and Hannelore's dad has been mentioned several times.  Is there a reason for this or do you plan on having them drop by?
