He actually does a bunch of eastern-sounding stuff on that guitar. It's not for traditional guitar playing at all. He makes some really cool music on it, and it's radically different from any guitar music I've heard previously. I have a Metheny Trio Live double album, and he plays it on one tune on the first disc. It's incredible. I'll look up which tune in a couple of days (I'm not entirely sober right now, so anything that resembles work is just too much to ask).
