I recently aquired a guitar in a game of chance and I figured I should learn how to play it.  I'm trying to learn some indie music but I'm not sure where to start.  If anyone has some good suggestions about albums to learn from, I would be gracious.  I know about the required listen section, but that has a lot of albums and I don't have enough money for all of them.

Just learn the bassline from Nirvana's "Come As You Are" on guitar and you'll be set for life.

I'm pretty sure Eruption is a good piece to start out on.
