Patatat:
dragon force....

stiricide:
usually i don't even like thrash.

but then so why haven't i been able to get Rumpelstiltskin Grinder's Buried In the Frontyard out of my cd player?  There's no good explanation.

Trollstormur:
"Overall thoroughness was never really an entry-requirement to metal. Obsessiveness, on the other hand.... Anyone who's railed any decent amount of blow can tell you the difference between those two things."

Did you find Daudi Baldrs really creepy too, or was it just me? It's still strangely kinda funky though...
Yesterday I had this guy ask me if I liked Nordland (Bathory) and because I've only really just been really introduced to heavy metal I kind of stumbled around for an answer while he proceeded to get all elitist on me. He called Dragonforce shitty power metal too. I was thoroughly annoyed by this because I happen to have totally fallen in love with the album of theirs I have (Inhuman Rampage) and it really annoys me when total strangers tell other total strangers that their musical tastes are shit. Quite rude.

KharBevNor:
If I'm in the right mood, Burzum can be fucking creepy. You need to be concentrating on the music though. Preferably in the dark, cliche as it sounds (someone dig up that hilarious Burzum review they used to have at ANUS...).
Metal elitists get on my tits. I can normally stump them though.

"What the fuck dude, you like Nightwish, they're total poser shit!"
"Tell me, what did you think of the six-way 'Crushing the Unholy Trinity' Split Northern Heritage put out last year?"
"Uhhhh..."
"You remember, the one with Deathspell Omega, Stabat Mater, Musta Surma, Clandestine Blaze, Mgla and Exordium? Oh come on, first track was Diabolicus Absconditus *imitates opening riff*. Pretty fucking killer wasn't it? Absolute christraping black metal."
"uuuuuuuuhmmm...yeah..."
