Regarding the house, I've long thought that it's going to end up Marten and Claire's wedding present (although it's more of an exchange because Aurelia would prefer a small apartment - less cleaning work). The house is big enough that Hannelore moves in as The Eccentric Lodger.

no no, so it's pretty standard (as far as I know) to have the ability to clip a bit of the stream into a tiny video. like on twitch, if it's a full video after the fact or whatever they call, you can kinda do whatever, if it's live you can only go back so far from when you hit the button.

No, these are people who take clips from the full stream and then upload them to YouTube. Sometimes it's just to save a recording of something that happened in case the stream is not archived or for the benefit of people who didn't or couldn't watch the live stream and just want the "highlights". Some of them also take these clips and put in subtitles to translate them for other viewers who may not speak the language the vtuber is using.
There are entire channels of this kind of thing. It's actually how a lot of Hololive fans first got into that fandom; watching translated clips of the vtubers.
Funnily enough, now that there are Indonesian and English Hololive members, there are now channels that are taking clips from them and translating them into Japanese.

As said above, "clipping" is also a native feature of both Twitch and YouTube now.

As for foot fetishes, it's not like people don't have different fetishes or favorite body parts, it's just that online at least, the feet people are VERY pushy about it, especially in a creepy non-consensual way with online celebs and creators. And with that being a meme now for years, it's also magnified by trolls who use the concept as an easy way to make people uncomfortable.

One streamer I know handles this brilliantly by photoshopping her hands in place of her feet whenever she posts a photo that extends down that far. But I know many many others who will at the very least blank out their feet in pictures and videos they post because of how many creeps there are about it.
