Clearly that one person who created that Rule 34 splash panel inspired it. I could see it coming a mile away... if you know what I mean.

What is disturbing is when you think, "You know, I should post something with Meta Knight because he is badass and killer in Brawl and all" and while looking for photos / videos / etc. you get to thinking, "I wonder if I could get something decent with Never Gonna Give You Up in it" and it turns out to be the first thing you find in YouTube (okay, it's the third listing).
