In terms of funniness, there was one earlier comic I thought was really amazing but recently I've forgotten it. I'll read through the archives and try and find it.

Best overall, though, was the comic when Dora first kisses Marten. I'd been rooting for that couple, the arc had really built up well, and it was the first QC kiss. I almost cheered aloud.

The one where Hannelore grabs her robot suitor's ass, and is chastened by Pintsize and Winslow.  It was elegant in it's wordlessness.

It's hard to pin down a favorite. There are arcs that I like better then others, but for the most part, I don't think I have a favorite strip in particular.

It has to go way back to the "Hipster Theory of Relativity" comic.

I miss when the comic had more of Faye and Marten discussing music.

Only problem is that that would have 1114 options...

I have to go with the one where Dora and Marten kiss for the first time.  At the time of that comic, I had literally just started a relationship like the day before it was posted, and I had started to think that it was closely following my life.  I know it's odd, but what can I say?

Anyway, when I read that comic, I literally stood up and cheered.  I don't know why, maybe because I see a lot of Marten in myself, or because I was stone cold hammered, but I loved it, and still do.

Though, the first comic where Dora and Marten have sex was awesome as well.

Agree with the person above me. I thought the whole leaking of their first secks was funny and entertaining after the allergic reaction she had to the roses. I thought it was really cute in the comic where they were mostly naked and Marten drew them toasting marshmallows on her back tattoo. Pretty much the only time I aw'd at QC.

I remembered the comic I was thinking about before. Robo-Castro threatening to rub his pube beard on some ignorant capitalist faces. Made me laugh every time I re-read the archives.

Ironically, it turned me into a huge Bowie fan. I always checked out the music mentioned in the comics, and downloaded most of it, the stuff that Faye and Marten (used to) argue about. I just got more into Bowie that into the rest of it.  The newspost also makes me giggle really hard.

That description of Free Jazz also relates nicely to the Free Improvisation that I uploaded a couple of weeks ago...

I might just be a sucker for the classics, but I have two old ones that I always have loved.

It might just be because of my personal preferences, but I absolutely love those.

And this one always gets me, if only because of the jab at the Rolling Stones: http://www.questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=601

I also really like the one where pintsize gets a ton of RAM loaded on himself and he acts all hyper and stuff. I can't seem to find that one though.

All the ones people have posted are my favorites as well, but I have to take the road less traveled:

http://www.questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=20

That comic pretty much hooked me on QC, I think. It was one of the ones I treasure, where the punchline made me actually laugh loudly and uncontrollably. It also completely defines Pintsize for me.

Although I don't think this is the best, it's a personal favorite. The best is probably Robot Fidel or the Dora and Marten kiss.

EDIT: Browsing today and found an absolute GEM:
