I am mostly a fan of progressive rock, though my mood really is a factor.  I can get into the more hardcore stuff like Tool or APC but I also really like the more melodic upbeat progressive like 3 there.

Gimme what ya got! I'm ready lawls!

If you like progressive, try Savatage. Edge of Thorns and Handful of Rain specifically, you could try the other stuff, I am a big fan of Dead Winter Dead, you might like that one, but I doubt you would like their oldest stuff.

If you'd upload some Ensiferum and Wintersun, that'd be great =)

Thanks!

Also, I'd like you to check out a group called Coheed & Cambria.  Just youtube em, if you like what you hear, I can upload a few albums.

Um.  Not to be rude or anything, but pretty much everyone here knows who Coheed and Cambria are.

He didn't include them in a list of albums he had available for upload, granted he didn't say that he owned only the ones he mentioned.

I just figured I'd suggest them, just in case.

To say everyone knows who they are is a rather unfounded generalization.  Though probably more valid than ever now due to Rock Band...

If you'd been on this forum longer, you'd know that you can probably count the people who don't know who they are on one hand.

yeah, i have one of their songs (i didnt metion a few bands, escpecially the ones with only a few songs)
Welcome home i think is the name?i liked the song way back a few years ago before i got into metal, now it just irritates me. intros alright though. i checked some of their other songs out but they werent really my thing.

while we are one my upload list, general consensus on the mediaf!re thread is that requests (for things like mine, available downloads) should be sent by PM, to keep it from cluttering up. thanks.

That's not necessarily true.  Only most of us.  I can abide Coheed far more than Buckcherry or Nickelback.

i do not like this post. just because you dislike a band it does not mean they should be dead! really nobody deserves to die! this is not a good fix! i hope you do better next time!

plus their song welcome home is kinda good, even though the lyrics are horrible.

I have a beef with them. they are from where I grew up, as Shabutie. then they sold out and refused to play any shows in the area that is the sole reason they got signed and became all around dicks. except the bassist, he was still a good guy. Buzz Osbour...I mean Claudio, is an ass.

Hahaha.

Well I don't really care about what a band stands for or how they act as people...as long as the music sounds good.

Tool has a pretentious singer and a psycho-spiritualistic drummer.  Doesn't bother me haha =)

If anyone hasn't said it yet:

KYUSS - if you can get past the singing

also:

Windmills by the Ocean - instrumental but kinda Tool-like at times
Ufomammut - Italian metal band
