Dear Photo Thread,

The time has come for me to post my first photo. Can you feel the nervousness?

Basically I was showing off my outfit to my boyfriend, and he got out his trusty amazing... camera.

And no, I don't wear that in public.

Yeah, it isn't particularly shameful or revealing, even for a conservative dresser (as long as you don't mind the bared shoulders).

Also, I love what you've done with your hair. For a second I couldn't believe that was all of it.

The main reason I don't wear that in public is because of its... I don't know, Renaissanciness? The white shirt really gives it a older look. Although, I did wear it without the white shirt to see The Dark Knight on opening night, along with some gloves I'm about to find a picture of.

Also, I love my hair up like that. It looks so classy.

Edit: And here are my gloves:

You can't really tell, but they lace up the back, up to above my elbow. The gloves, and the skirt and black top from the previous picture are all made of the same fabric. I made the gloves, my mom made the rest of my renaissance outfit.

I made the noose. It was Halloween, I was dead. Hung for heresy. It also turnd out that no make-up aside from thick white mime grease makeup is lighter than my skin, so I don't look as pale as I'd like.

@ Misconception, I like the look, 'Pearl Jam fan' or not. Mostly because it looks like something I would wear, and I think more girls should dress like me.

Liz, I actually think that's the most attractive picture I've seen of you. For some reason, I think you suit it a lot more than your regular dress style. I'm not sure why.

Well I was trying to organise my photos... no small task since I have 700 pictures from the vet clinic I work at (yes, of animals) and over a thousand of unsorted phone-camera pictures, 500 of which were from when I worked at the SPCA (yup, more animals). Despite the fact that I ordinarily dress in a normal sort of manner (except my coat, which I'll get a picture of eventually), none of the pictures I have involve me wearing or doing anything normal.

Technically, I'm wearing my coat there, but you can't see it at all.

1947, I guess. The woman is my godmother, who pretty much adopted me (not for real). Her husband was killed in the war while she was pregnant, and then the baby died at birth; I started life with a lot of the stuff that had been bought for her baby (I was never told the sex, even).
