My Own Worst Enemy - Lit

So, our band decided to learn the aforementioned song, but one part I haven't yet been able to figure out is this wailing noise that happens before the chorus
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tDJFWbWSXFE

It's right before he sings, "Please tell me why..."

Any ideas, fellas?

Edit: I should mention it's for the guitar part, and you can see the guy do "it" at 1:35.

Don't have a guitar in my hands but according to what he's doing and a tab I found, it looks like the harmonic on the 2nd fret of the A string. The touch required to sound some of the less common harmonics can take some time to develop, if it gives you problems, I wouldn't bother. It's not really an integral part of the song.

Fun fact: My band also plays this song, but probably for different reasons (wookiee life debt)

Ah, thanks.  It looks like it will be a while before I make an actual attempt to do non-open harmonics.

Re: Fun Fact: A while back, our singer wondered what songs each of us hated, and our bassist picked My Own Worst Enemy.  I picked Don't Stop Believin'.

You can probably replace it with a 12th fret B string harmonic. It won't be quite the same (I'm assuming the harmonic in question was a pinch harmonic, I can't bring myself to actually watch the video far enough in) but it should do the job.
