Favorite game that has a unbearably long name.

This thread got fucked over somewhere about the time when no one answered for RTS.

Which is Starcraft.

And now, extreme sports game, because I guess people like that stuff.

Actually, I handled it with Dawn of War.  Games like this inevitably fail when multiple people address the same post with different directions, which are the answered in varying orders.  Doesn't work on forums with a reasonably high number of posters.

Moto Madness, way back in the day... I think the first one came out in 2000.

Favorite "traditional" (swords, sorcery, dragons, maidens in distress; that kinda thing) RPG.

Probably the arcade version of Lost World.  Spent a lot of D&B tokens on that sucker when I was a kid.

Favorite FPS-RPG hybrid (note that the Elder Scrolls game don't fall under this banner!)

Also, I had a post typed out saying Deus Ex and then you posted. Bastrad. So, in games of movies? Well, does Light Cycle 3D count? If not, Episode 1 Racer.

When I think traditional RPG I think something Dungeons and Dragons-y, not JRPG. That's why I was surprised.

When I think traditional RPG I think something Dungeons and Dragons-y, not JRPG. That's why I was surprised.

But the biggest influences on the entire existance of JRPGs (particularly Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy) were traditional, D&D-like American RPGs such as Ultima and Wizardry, so...
