It says "Are you gonna have" and i get the vague feeling either it's deliberately scribbles from there or the compression simply makes it indecipherable, the nearest thing the characters look like is :-x4UVL '.i_i-awal. If I had to guess the words would be sexual relations.

I dont think you can make out anything out of the last two "words" I think they're intented do be glibberish.

I was browsing through the QC characte's twitter pages - the 'Following' list of people seems to be broken - and then I thought about how Cosette's twitter account would look.
