"Foreign devil" is 鬼子 (guǐzi), or 洋鬼子 (yáng guǐzi) specifically for Europeans, White Americans etc., and you are very unlikely to hear it nowadays outside historical dramas set in the "colonial" era. "Screw you" would be something like 操你妈 (cāonǐmā), literally "F**k your Mum!"; some things transcend cultural differences.
