That's not the way it works though. I doubt even a diehard chauvinist thinks like that.

Most female celebrities are not attractive to me on many levels and thus borderline any girl who I actually like is going to be more attractive.

There's a formula for that.

R=H-Y

where Y = (T x X)/(Q+N/2)

T is time a man has been single and is either 1 if the man has only been single for a fortnight or 100 where it's been longer
X is their own rating on a 1-10 scale by popular assessment.
Q is their perception of women in their area
N is the number of single women in the area

H is the Hollywood popular assessment of the ideal object of a man's affections (capped at 11)

R then is the lowest number on the 1-10 scale that a woman rates by popular assessment that a man will consider as a potential mate.

Conversely, a man's chances are determined by (BP/2)+1 where BP is the Hollywood popular assessment of a woman's favourite celebrity (nominal Brad Pitt).

This. My healthiest relationship was with a woman who took care of herself but wasn't really a looker. She was a positive influence in my life on many levels and when I think of her now it's not even really the way she looked that comes to mind.

I ain't a big fan of Owen Wilson having any kind of prominence in Hollywood for any reason. His nose is the absolute least of them. Honestly I think the only role that has ever been good for him was the one he had in the Royal Tenenbaums as a drug-addled idiot who fucks everything up. Because that is a role that doesn't require a significant amount of effort.

(I hope I'm not the only one who thinks Roddy's post is god-tier boarding)

Then I googled her to find a picture in profile, and I still can't find the problem.

I mean, I probably wouldn't have sex with her nose alone, but that's almost as largely an issue of logistics.

Absolutely. I'm looking at this picture and literally can't believe it's Anne Hathaway, that look just clashes so hard with the established mental image resulting from the other movies she's starred in.

It's probably worth noting that Owen Wilson co-wrote a few of the Wes Anderson flicks, so he's not completely useless.
