As much as I enjoy some of Black Jack's work, his films are not really a thing worth looking into with maybe one or two exceptions.

school of rock and saving silverman is a must.  Tenacious D and the pick of destiny has a few good jokes, but just watch them on youtube.  The movie is not that fun IMHO.

Also I think its a burger in his hand.

I hate being the puppy in this.  Especially on the sidewalk in the city.

I just realized, you can rename "Wreck-it Ralph" to "Saving Silverman".....

Individually wrapped cheese is NAST-AY. I can't stand it. And "American cheese" is just the basic mild cheddar, generally. I hate that it's called that as well.

I prefer cheddar so sharp it crumbles. Mmmmm.

How DARE you refer to "American cheese" which is a substance more comparable to the tires of my automobile to any proper cheese much less the full flavored glory that is cheddar? I will have satisfaction from you! *slaps neko with a white glove* bring the weapons of your choice to the old church at noon tomorrow.

I love the fact that a proper duel meant that the person challenged could determine the weapons (if any) to be used.

I would choose American Cheese as the weapon of choice. Muahahaha.....

American Cheese is quite lethal, I'm sure a lethal combat technique could be improvised with it. No harder then killing someone with a napkin.

It really makes my day that the key blade he made is battle ready! I'm hopefully going to be apprenticing with an armorer and swordsmith this summer before I begin trade school as a gunsmith this fall.

Uh... those actually totally exist, and back when pistols were one shot weapons were actually fairly popular, primarily in ship to ship boarding actions where most of the fighting was close combat.

Here's some classic examples of the type:

Here's a more modern incarnation:

The entire point of a bayonet on a full size musket was to turn it into a baby pole arm once things got up close and personal. Ye olde rifles with bayonets, and even the much shorter M1 Garand rifle as recently as WW2 have proven surprisingly effective against men armed with swords, as did polearms before them in the hands of a competent individual. There's something to be said for weight and reach.

Fun fact, the last bayonet charge in recorded military history was October 2011 in Afghanistan courtesy of The Princess of Wales's Regiment of the British Army.

...huh. When you take it as two separate weapons joined together, it kinda makes sense. I guess it‘s just the way it was used in FF8 that was just preposterous; where you fire the gun mid-swing.

S9F status = Schooled.

Well you're out of luck, because the Renaissance beat anime and videogames to it by 500 years.

Also, who wants a gunblade when you can have a gunax?

More images of various combo/hybrid weapons from the Middle Ages and Renaissance HERE

I also have an image of a halberd with a gun barrel mounted on it, but can't find it online.  The book that image is from also has a pic of an ax with six guns: five in the ax head (it's not meant for cutting so much as it is for an explosive percussion blow), and one in the handle.

Oh what the hell...here's one more for the fun of it: guneatingutinsels!

dawww I just felt that the episode showed what kind of conflicts they will have in their relationship eventually.  As to the "is she evil?" question the episode asked, I am not sure.  She still revels in destruction (nature of fire I suppose) but finn seems to be redirecting it towards evil.  I can't quite tell if at the end of the episode if she is saying what he wants to hear or not.

Ron made a comment to that extent actually right at the reveal, but I get the sense it's squicky enough you just don't wanna talk about it on either side of the equation.

English is a hard language to learn.  Especially since its native speakers ignore its grammar, word order, and sentence structure 90% of the time.
