I know some forums dislike them, but we've never really tried them.  There seems no reason to speak against them unless they cause bad behaviour (as usual!).

I think when you freeze to death you lose conciousness long before you die, so it probably is fairly peaceful after that point. Look up hypothermia.

This actually IS a good idea but it will be significantly more difficult for non-English posters so (for example, I might only post "worst calls" from regional competitions which you Americans will have never heard of).. I will not edit the first post and people can post whatever they want.
