First, that's the Torah. Second, it refers to something more specific than the bible, given "the bible" usually refers to the Christian book of beliefs, old and new testaments, while Torah does not.

Not intended to test the mods limits of patience, just out of curiousity: Is shipping two characters that are in a relationship really shipping in the exact sense of the definition? A lot of the unpleasantness of 'bending the plot to suit your favorite fiction until it breaks' does not come into play in that case, no? (If one ignores the ~~annoying~~ delightfull tendency to blend the floating bodies respective first names into ... interesting & aesthetically pleasing neologisms, that is)

Also: I feel that if they're anything like their possible namesake, the Woodrows would be skilled enough orators to convince you that everything is actually fine, and they could "float in most liquids" to handle the problem.
