Actually I recently bought a longboard for cruising on breaks like that. It's fun, but nowhere near the rush of ankle deep shorebreak/reef slabs that my bodyboard brings.

So, I found out that next semester, I'll be living in an apartment named after some dude whose last name was Beard. I think that, when I move in, I will wear a fake beard and then act surprised when I find out that it isn't named Beard Hall because everyone there has beards.
