Okay, so I'm gonna post in this thread once just because it's bugging me.  If this thread has no point, it's spherical.  Not non-euclidean.  Third axiom of euclidean geometry is circles.

I'll just be going now.

I find those film-concept-rehashed-in-another-style things pretty limp in the comedy department.
I know that people find them hilarious, the Snatch / Darth Vader one had my friends in stitches for weeks, but they're not my cup of tea, I guess.

But in other news, Brett Domino:

Kinda like Michael Cera in general. The second least funny person in film only behind Will Ferrell.

I saw the taijitu coming a mile off.
I didn't until you mentioned it.  I didn't look at the image source and thought that it was just a white rectangle with a blob in, and a black rectangle with a blob in (gif blocker).  Made a lot more sense opening it in another browser to to see the animation, but it was already spoilered at that point.

I was going to throw this vid in the anime thread, but eh. This one's for Hodges.

Everytime I think I'm done with Frozen I find a new video that makes me happy:

Forum Relevent.
Hang out till about 3/4 of the way through for some Hold the Line.

Well, it doesn't really belong here, and nor does this - have a gorgeous (but very slow) a cappella version by Eri Kawai (RIP 2008):

If you have 15 minutes to watch a student-made 'TV pilot' that makes The Room look like Citizen Kane, please do enjoy. I've watched this on a daily basis for about a week now and I never get sick of its terribleness.

What a joke!
Even my shadow's in my way.

I just got the image of a midwife and a woman giving birth swinging towards each other on a trapeze - when they meet, the midwife pulls the baby out. The knife juggler is standing on the floor and cuts the umbilical cord with a a knifethrow.

Didn't you put this yin here earlier in the thread? I'm not saying it need to be yangked out, but I think it is a duplicate posting.

So I did.  A combination of a senior moment (code for I simply forgot, right?  :-P) and that fact that I am no longer reading the whole forum (so I didn't notice the responses).

<shrug> No harm done, and honestly it's less intrusive than these interminable sequences of animated gifs which are such an appalling substitute for a video...
