No. It was a Japanese release. Crying in public would be extremely taboo, even after a soul punching.

Dang GM for getting me hooked.  :-D

GIRLS und PANZER

the link will take you to where all 12 episodes are dubbed into English.
I've watched them all, and am allowing my Son&Heir, who is a HUGE WoT fan, to watch them too.
I even linked them for my Princess, because I'm pretty sure she will enjoy them too.

I liked the story and animation too...  :psyduck:

Christian Science Monitor.  Despite the name, it's not really a religious publication, 'cept for the occasional editorials.
The CSM publishes a daily religious column, and a religious article appears in each weekly magazine, but it has a good reputation for unbiased, unsensational news coverage.
I guess it's just unobtrusive enough that I don't even generally notice that it's there, but yeah, you're right.  There still isn't any other American paper that I trust for any purpose but wrapping fish or lining bird cages.

Grave of the Fireflies was shown in theaters as a double feature with My Neighbor Totoro for a reason.. mostly because if you have any form of human empathy it kicks you directly in the soul.

Rabbit hole spoiler. You have been warned.

Huh. Interesting stuff. However, some research pointed me to this site:
http://kotaku.com/5926248/totoro-isnt-all-cute-for-some-hes-the-god-of-death
which (when it isn't down for some reason like at the moment) says that the rumor has explicitly been debunked by Studio Ghibli.

That isn't fanfiction. To be fanfiction, the author has to be a fan of the original. That is aggressive evangelising (and I suspect also a spoof).

Fanfic. It sucks.

Being intentionally antagonistic by removing yourself from a discussion people tried to have with you then bringing up something barely related to the discussion in another context to continue being negative about it. It sucks.

I'm drawing a line in the sand: the "discussion" about fanfic is over. If people want to talk about fanfiction in a civil and respectful way, I invite them to do so in the Enjoy subforum. If people want to express distaste and disrespect for fanfiction, I invite them to do so somewhere other than on this forum.

Don't quite know about Mr. Bombadil, but in a D&D game, I once played the hawt elven gf to one of the Big Bads of the game.  She thought the dude was useless aside from the big library of Lovecraft-style black magic, sex, and vast armies of the undead she could call do do her bidding.

My favourite thing about the Colombian cycling uniform is that when the BBC Sport website reported the story, they put a black line across the women's crotches.

Let's be fair now - US english is simplified compared to UK english. You guys don't have all those additional vowels we use, and your grammar misses out some of the words that we consider essential.
