Neko found this one, so credit where it's due.

Whoever did the layout for that needs to be taught the basic principles of contrast and typography. That looks like it came out of the same school as 1995 html design.

Our dog Penny can do that - backwards.  She does it when she sees a squirrel in a tree.

Aren't "cat-babies" just kitties? Also, are "kittens" and "kitties" the same thing? Or can "kitty" refer to a cat of any age and still be correct?

I know cat-babies are kittens, but I thought it sounded funnier. YMMV.

I always thought that 'kitty' could refer to any cat. It's certainly how I use it.

I mean, I use "puppy" to refer to any playful dog, regardless of age, I figured "kitty" was the catquivalent (yes, I did) of "puppy". Where it technically meant "baby cat" but was used when talking to any cat.

I'm less bothered by the parasite than I am by the fact that someone killed a praying mantis and filmed it, for no apparent reason.

I've seen parasite infested ants too, they basically just become zombies and walk in a really weird way, so maybe the person knew the mantis had a parasite in it? At which point it's safe to assume the mantis is almost dead already.

Yeah at the bottom of the article the author suggested that, I hadn't considered that possibility. Slightly better I guess, although I wish they had killed it more swiftly so it didn't suffer.
