Obviously not baking chocolate. Also, Lindt sells chocolate with up to 99% cocoa content for those who want strong stuff ^_^
I've had it before! I think my ideal chocolate is around 70-75%.

As long as they don't kick the sugar content up. I had an 80% once that was nearly as sweet as a Hershey's bar. I don't necessarily want it as bitter as Baker's Unsweetened, but it's nice to have a dark chocolate that balances the bitter and the sweet better.
