No, no, Professor Oak just forgets everyone's name every 10 years, even his grandson's. Dunno how that applies to the post RBY games though.

Wet is when you go downtown and you can't, because the street is so flooded that there are FISH swimming in it.

Quote
so two sisters inherit a ranch. they decide to work on it a bit and after a while realize that they need a bull in order to help them around the place. so they gather together all the spare money they have—around four hundred dollars—and one sister looks at listings online and finds a man a while away who’s got a bull to sell. she decides that she’ll travel down to see him alone and tells her sister that she’ll send a telegram so that the sister can drive down with their truck if they are able to get the bull.

so the sister eventually reaches the man who’s selling his bull and asks what his price will be. he says, “listen. I won’t take a dollar less than three hundred and ninety-nine dollars.” so the sister agrees and pays him the amount, leaving her with one dollar. then she goes to the post office and asks to send a telegram back to her sister to let her know that she’s got the bull so her sister should come and pick them up. but when she asks the person at the counter, they tell her that the telegram costs a dollar per word. the sister only has one dollar so she picks a word carefully and sends the telegram.

what word does she pick?

I see a problem with those Evil Overlord Rules. You don't only need power to enforce all those rules, you also need a very strong monetary investment and possibly lots and lots of training for your henchmen. Since, you know, misleading maps and all that.

And obviously, there's the off chance that the so-called "Hero" is morally aligned with the playable characters from Borderlands, so every attempt to use your "Rational Evil Overlord" ways on them is futile since they're probably more evil than you are. Example: The phonecall rule:
EVIL OVERLORD: "Yeah, I'm going back on my evildoing".
SO CALLED HERO: "That won't make me kill you less".

Have I ever mentioned that I loathe riddles with a passion?

As for House wearing a house painting a house on a house... could be argue that picture is pretty much certain to be of Hugh Laurie out of character, what with the friendly expression and lack of stubble.

You fail, gif! That is not House wearing a house painting a house on a house, that is in fact Hugh Laurie wearing a house painting a house on a house.

I like riddles when there's an actual logic to the answer. A lot are secret option number three that don't even work when explained with convoluted reasoning.
I thought when the question is, "Which should he question?" That the proper answer should be, "All of them." The question should be who did it according to the note.
