Summary - Published by the Wizards of the Coast (the current owners of the D&D franchise), d20 Modern is set within the modern "real" (note "quotations") world of Earth. The d20 Modern Earth may incorporate fictional elements such as Fantasy, Paranormal, Sci-Fi, &/or Supernatural. Core Classes are based upon the basic D&D stats (Strength Hero, Dexterity Hero, Intelligence Hero, Charisma Hero, etc.), with more thematic/specific Advanced Classes at higher levels. Unless specifically built away from it, most Player Characters do work regular/mundane jobs for income.
