Its already established that robots have reproductive parts, and can smell, so why not also tongues ?

They can have that stuff. Pintsize got his current chassis from a... questionable seller, so there's no telling what options he has installed. I wasn't asking a rhetorical question; I really don't know if he has a tongue.
