Ages ago you said you knew where the strip was going and you had an ending planned. Since then I think you said somewhere that this is no longer the case. Since it no longer applies can you tell us (or hint at) what your original ending was like?

Two questions:

1) Would you really kill the Weekly Comic Talk forum? And if you would/will could you suggest some other way for me stimulate myself in the morning in order to wake up enough to endure the cubicle-hell that is my office bitch job?

2) What's the weirdest or most disturbing dream you've ever had?

(okay, I guess that's technically three)

Hey, Jeph...
so far you are the ONLY OTHER CARTOONIST I've seen doing a full-color webcomic every weekday. There are teams, sure, but very few individuals. I've been going at it for a two and a half months now, and hope to keep this up for years to come. I have a day job, too, but am looking for a way to wrest money from my creative efforts. Any thoughts?

Would the universe suffer if Marten gave Pintsize a serious glare and said with the utmost sincere tone : "Modew woe-baht! wewease de battew twee."

And have you ever read or watched anything so emotionally wrenching that it affected your thought process?

Jeph, are there any plans to include a section on the site for wallpapers and the like?

I wanted to make a simple wallpaper of Pintsize and his flying V but the only available image is way too small. Maybe you could feature reader created wallpapers.  Or make some of your own for us to proudly display on our monitors.

At the top of this forum you will find there is a Wallpaper thread! In it is a link to a gallery of user-created wallpapers. Sometimes Jeph has posted hi-res images from the comic, and people have turned them into wallpapers and such.
I think there is a Pintsize flying V one in there, if not I will upload one that I found somewhere.

Mr. Jacks:

Where are the other male characters? Hibernating?

If you were a tree, what kind of tree would you be?

If you could change one thing about the weather, what would you do?

What's the deal with Hanners? Come to think of it, what's the deal with Penelope? I don't expect you to say anything except "that's a secret", but I am asking these questions anyway.

Is it hard to read moving text?

And itt had to be asked, sir: Boxers or briefs?

As the strip numbers grow larger and larger, do you think that would prevent new readers from jumping in the strip?

And on a related question, have you ever considered using a chapter format? (a la Scary-Go-Round or Sam And Fuzzy?

Hey Jeph,

Have you ever thought about using your growing status as an internet celebrity of sorts as a way to start working on getting your music better known?  I've listened to a few of your songs ("Unicorns Will Kill Your Children," etc.) and I think you could really get noticed, with the right amount of production quality... and by that I mean a real drummer instead of a drum machine, etc.  Granted, it seems a little unfair to the comic to have an album with a sticker on it saying, "From the Creator of Teh Intarwebz's 'Questionable Content!'"  ... but it could be advantageous, as well.

Either way, keep giving us random music.  It's fun stuff.

Nope. Might still happen, just a bit differently than I had anticipated. I really don't know for sure anymore though.

Two questions:

I already have, basically. My LiveJournal is in the top 25 most read LJs ever, apparently, and it consists mostly of posts about my music. If I ever feel like really punishing myself I'll find a drummer and record a "proper" album. We'll see.

Do you like Beck?

Not really.

Jeph,

I just read through your comic, and I think it's hilarious.

One comment, though. Other than Scott, who shows up in about 3 strips out of the entire series, you haven't had any male gay characters, while there've been several girls who are bi/lesbians.

Any reason?

Oh, and did Raven and Dora get together when Dora was in the coven?

I'm guessing it's because there's no real place for a character like that, and forcing characters into the strip to be "Politically Correct" is worse than not having them.

Jeph,

A while back the discussion was heated about whether or not Marten and Dora have consummated their relationship. I figured it would eventually become obvious, by something they say in conversation or whatever. Then I forgot about it because, really, it's not that important.

So I won't ask you if they did, but someone said that we would know for sure, because we'd get a Booty Dance, and we haven't (yet?). Good point. So my question is: Why did you deprive us of a Booty Dance?

I think the thing that people are forgetting here is that Marten and Dora have been dating for around three days. I can't speak for anyone else,  but if I wanted a solid relationship with someone I really cared about, I wouldn't dive straight into their pants.
Dora doesn't seem the type to Booty Dance, anyway. More likely she'd slip in a snide comment whilst Faye was sipping coffee, leaving everyone to wonder "Did she just..?"

Only one question, and its not a stupid one.

Would you consider doing more of the colour your own strips, possibly in an online book form to be sold, maybe a normal book form, or even just every so often as a freebie on your comic for us to save and colour ourselves?

EDIT: Okay, a few more, but they are relevant!

These are all really stupid questions, but bear with me - I've actually had quite the trouble finding them out.

1: Where do you ship from? Canada or USA? Basically, are prices in US$ or Canadian$?
2: How long would a t-shirt take to get from where you ship it to Scotland?
3: Is ther any way to insure that it will turn up, as my friend sent me something from canada once and it just disapeared enroute.

Ta!

1) Is Pintsize based on Gir (from Invader Zim) in any way?
2) If not... are you sure?
3) What band would you recommend me? (My favorite band is They Might Be Giants. Other bands I like are BRMC, Metric, Cold War Kids, Squirrel Nut Zippers...(Sorry, I just feel the urge of listening to (more) new music.))
4) Does Steve have any other friends besides Marten (and Marten's friends)?
5) If you could date any of the QC women, who would it be? And Why? (Damn your one word replies!)

Aaaaaaand... that's all. I don't know if... wait.. that's a good question.

6) Do you ever get tired of people telling you on forums, emails or real life about how much they love your comic?

P.S. I love your comic. And sorry for asking so many questions.
