Damn good call. How about the Boredoms as well? It reminded me since Yamatsuka Eye turns up on Naked City.

Narr, you're taking the internet way too seriously. Besides, none of those bands are any good.

The Boredoms drummer Yoshimi (yes the Flaming Lips did name that album after her) started a band called OOIOO which is even better and I've somehow managed to plug twice in the last two days.

What Kai said was that he does not like any of those bands, and I am inclined to agree with him. The fact that they make money has absolutely nothing to do with it.

Well, uhh..I've heard Modest Mouse and The White Stripes, and aside from one or two songs...nah, they don't really make it for me.

I actually have never listened to the Boredoms, so I think I'll have to check them out.
