Smash Brothers Brawl
squawk:
Guys how do you wall kick
squawk:
Axerton: probably yeah
Narr:
When you're next to a wall with a character that can wall jump, hit the opposite direction of the wall. Pretty easy.
Also in regards to curving up+B attacks: I notice LESS curving than there was in melee, to be honest.
HarperLufro:

Does anyone else randomly slip and fall during matches? That seems to happen to me occasionally.

No. Not change direction, I knew they could do that, but not go in a straight line.
I mean. How do I say this...they make parabolas instead of lines! I hate math.
Like Diddy's up+b move, the jet pack, when you use it it goes up and then turns and curves and you turn downwards.
Lucario's up+b move can also curve in midair. And there's Metaknight who can do all sorts of fancy aerial acrobatics with his up+b.
I mean, I remember all of the up+b moves in Melee had you going in a straight line in one direction.
Oh and are you sure you're not slipping on banana peels?

I forgot to mention Pokemon Trainer. He's interesting and probably the most versatile character in the game, but has no decent down attack between the 3 of them. There's absolutely no air game which is where I excel.
I also think it's funny you have issues with Sonic but not with Snake. Yeah sure, Snake started on the NES, but he hasn't been seen on a Nintendo Platform since before there really WERE any other choices.
I haven't seen Zero Suit Samus yet. I doubt I will any time soon because I don't have any friends in my current pool who are Samus people. The Samus guy in our group sort of had a falling out with me because I realized he's an abosolutely terrible friend. (Seriously, I moved into my own place about a month ago now and the fucker hasn't even returned a phone call.) If they have a way for Samus to start a fight as Zero-Suit, I doubt I have much playing time with her.
How could you have liked Little Link, just as a question? He was terrible. If you took adult Link and nerfed all his attacks and range, then you had Young Link. Toon Link is actually a viable alternative as he's got a much better recovery than regular Link and enough of his moves are varied (like his awesome up smash) to adult Link that it feels like a different character rather than a complete carbon copy.

Yeah, I dont even know why I dont really have a prolem with snake.
I liked Young Link because he was really fast compared to link, who in my opinion is a bit slow. Young'n also had a little bit better recovery. I could just use him a lot better in general.
muteKi is mostly right about Samus. But if you want to be more percise:
In order to be zero suit from the beginning of the match hold shield in the character select screen and then after you press start and are in the stage select you can let go.
If you want to transform right in the middle of a match then you press up-taunt, down-taunt, up-taunt REALLY quickly. You just have to hammer the buttons a whole bunch and it will eventally happen. It takes a little practice to do efficiently.
