I don't see all the stuff people have been saying about the game being harder or different or whatnot. Slower, I think a lot of people said. I haven't noticed at all. Maybe you guys had to put up with more "competitive gamer" faggots that exploited Melee like crazy but I picked up the game fairly quick again.
Link's still my go-to guy but lately, I've been playing Pikachu a lot. I forgot he was probably my second best character back in the original smash brothers, although I didn't really use him in Melee. I wonder why as he hasn't changed much at all. Snake's been my best new character, although I've been getting better with Ike and Pitt, of all people. Pitt's like the ultimate range whore. You can get a good 90 damage on people before they have a chance to react and if they get close, you just fly below the stage and back up on the other side. I've done that a few times.

Second: I don't get the homophobia quip. Is that because I called people who exploited the game "faggots"? What's that have to do with homophobia? Maybe it's a bad habit, but I was under the assumption most people that don't really give a damn about being politically correct call people they don't like derogatory comments without regard to someone getting offended for a stupid reason.
