Music for studying.

<< < (8/8)

elcapitan:
Flamenco, jazz, and non-vocal ambient stuff.

I find that vocals distract me, but pure music helps me concentrate.

ALoveSupreme:
minimalist piano/string arrangements, i.e. Erik Satie/ Morton Feldman, maybe Shostakovich string arrangements, though sometimes even those are a bit too involving.

quietnow:
daft punk keeps me energetic without crowding my brain with words.

............not that i have much studying to do.  i'm a family & consumer economics major.

quietnow:

--- Quote from: E. Spaceman ---Well, it's just that saying you "go for the crazier stuff like System of a Down" is a bit like saying " I like really arty TV, like Sesame Street"
--- End quote ---

stop-motion clay animation music videos punctuated by kids yelling random shit = arty.  definitely.

mrpaku:
Bob Marley or the Rolling Stones' Exile on Main Street.

I used to listen to the radio as well, but now not so much.
