Music to sleep to.

thedevilissix:
Fennesz's "Venice" album. It's brilliant just to lie down while it's on and let the sound wash over you.
(that said though, I don't like falling asleep to it myself because I can't really fall asleep while music's on.)

timehat:
I spent an inordinately high amount of time falling sleep to Cynic in high school. Despite the death metal influence, there's this very strong ethereal feeling to the proceedings. Also, the amount of complexity in the music was really interesting, because I would try to stay focused, but I would be really tired, so as I would initially slip into unconsciousness, there would be a period of half lucidity/half dreaming which would lead to interesting sensory perception of various musical qualities. Other than that, I would probably choose minimalism and ambient stuff.

You kids and your drugs.

McTaggart:
Recently I've been using Loscil's First Narrows, Keith Fullerton Whitmans Playthroughs and this grating, abrasive Sakada 3" to help me drift off.

TrueNeutral:
I often fall asleep listening to bands like Opeth and Finntroll so I cannot help you.
