Music to sleep to.

i can't listen to music and sleep. my brain wants to concentrate on it and analyze it versus putting me to sleep. i think music theory ruined me.

however, what i can listen to is some classical and purely instramental stuff. like soundtracks and what not. if you like choral music, look up eric whitacre. that man is a fucking genius and the music is a-may-ZING. it's so beautiful.
