Sigur Ros, Mogwai, Enya, Loreena McKennitt, Dean Evenson and Sounds of Nature all work wonders for me. The songs "Solaris" and "Landing" by Juno Reactor are also really good for inducing sleep.

I actually have trouble sleeping to music, I don't really know why no matter how "sleepy" the music is I just can't seem to fall asleep. The only music I can really fall asleep to is music that I am VERY familiar with, it can't be anything at all new. Oh also hip-hop works well for me... I really don't know why but I fell asleep to the new kanye west album a lot when it came out.
Man that album rules.
