Music to sleep to.
dancarter:
yay for low and slint! the only downside to spiderland is that it usually takes me ages to get to sleep and it only clocks in at just over 30 minutes. plus all that "i miss you" yelling at the end. egads. scared the carp out of my semi-consciousness.
i'm tossing in "ninetynine" by Haujobb, "III" by Download, and if you're into that whole Portishead or Massive Attack(both good choices too)thing, "Metropolitan" by Atomica is a great sleepy time cd.
jimmytheimploder:
( ) by Sigur Rós works perfectly until it gets to the second half and I have to remain awake for fear that the subject of my dreams will alter from pretty Icelandic unicorns to mean trolls that want to feed me cabbage laced with vinegar. That or either of Max Richter's albums.
StupidityKills:
Definately Sigur Ros, but not Takk, its too pompy and dramatic for sleep.
also, iron & wine (endless numbered days) is good.
onewheelwizzard:
The last few times I've slept to music it's been an incarnation of Acid Mothers Temple. I'm not sure what that means, but I enjoyed it.
TheMike:
Nirvana - Unplugged Album, so great to sleep to.
