I was listening to Ten Grand's album "The Complete List Of Everyone Who Has Ever Done Anything Wrong To Us," but then I turned it off to listen to George Noory on Coast To Coast AM talk about UFO's and some dude who thinks there is atmosphere on the moon.

Man, these guys are so great... (I actually like Aviv Geffen's voice more than Steven Wilson... but that don't matter when they are together, then they are just wonderful both of them)

Their voices really go well together, and neither of them drowns out the other. Fantastic partnership.

You managed to get hold of the new one? It's well worth the effort.

Something of a shock if you, like me, are used to their later period with Perdition City and Blood Inside.
I mean I was prepared for harshness but damn this is downright disorientating in all it's low-fi glory.

I always knew of Ulver as a black/folk metal band. I didn't even know about the ambient/electronic/experimental stuff until 2 years ago. I love all of it though. The later stuff is kind of like being stuck inside Garm's head, but I'm fine with that.
