Thinking about it, my dad may not be my friend, but he got me into The Beatles, David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Bob Dylan, Aerosmith, The Pogues, Queen, Blur, Eurythmics and Steve Miller.

My freshman roomate from Venezuela got me into Los Amigos Invisibes, an awesome latin-funk-sexy-dancing band who are actually on Luaka Bop, David Byrne's label
