metal suggestions?

I'm not willfully misundetstanding, I assure you. Clearly this is pointless, because I don't believe ANY of that matters in the least. I've never believed in heritage, tradition, or fitting into a culture. But I see what you believe and I'm done questioning it. So since you've made your self perfectly clear and I see what you're saying, I'd like to ask this new question inspired by something you said.
Let me make a set up here, this is sort of a "what if" question with no bearing on reality. So, members from these bands: Less Than Jake, Linkin Park, Incubus, and Hoobastank, form one band. And they form Opeth. [Far fetched and idioticly impossible, I'm sure, CutMan knows that]. And I'm not saying they copy them, I'm saying this is an alternat reality where they ARE Opeth. And then Opeth signs to Victory and tours with Atreyu. Are they metal?
Okay, fine, consider them what you want. And yes, I've heard Sabbath. And yes, I've heard Cathedral and Candlemass, mostly Candlemass[Good band], and I still don't see how you can call them doom metal. So let's forget about that, shall we? No point there. *shrugs*

The fact that it's obviously impossible makes it hardly worth considering, although the answer would be yes. Remember that BTBAM does not even play metal.

Ah, yes, what if questions never really have any bearing on anything. I just thought it would be interesting. Also, we're passed BTBAM, we're not talking about them anymore, why'd you mention them? I already know what you think they play. And by the way, are you this much of an ass with everyone who dissagrees with you? I've gone out of my way to be nice to you even after you obviously got rather indignant. And now I'm an idiot? I think someone needs a cat nap, Mr. Grumpy-pants.
And I'm doing a lot of research into doom metal now, and you know what, I dont think I even know what doom metal is. Candlemass is called doom metal, but I dont see whats so "doom" about what I've heard. In fact, if they are doom metal, then Nevermore must be a cross between doom metal and thrash.
Since I dont really listen to doom, I aparrantly thought of it as being something it's not.
Do everyone a kind favor and learn how to have a conversation with someone who's mistaken about something without insulting them.

I can easily conduct a conversation with someone who is mistaken if they do not keep on restating their ignorance. For example, you've gone on about how you don't consider Black Sabbath to be doom...and then admitted you know nothing about fucking doom. You're not just ignorant, you're willfully so, and I can be rude to whoever I damn well please, quite frankly. If you think I've been insulting, then you've obviously got a very thin skin. Also, whilst I'm here I should point out that you're method of formatting your posts is utterly retarded.
