Scandanavian War Machine:
i'm actually starting to sort of get into this. i've sort of gotten the hang of the building system (barely) and have started to realize its potential.
any pointers or advice for beginners in the world of building? i've just been dicking around and trying to teach myself how to build things and i just finished an okay katana which i was pretty stoked about.
Rizzo:
Haha, I've created a character, Rizzo Lurra.
Come find me. Still trying to work out how to hold the things I've made.
EDIT: I've deleted it already. Too laggy on this computer and conflicts with MSN, Steam and Skype.
jhocking:
Okay, I've found something new about this. While the 3D chat aspect of it is still very true (ie. this is an elaborate chat program,) I've discovered that interior decorating is extremely addictive. Whereas in real life moving furniture around involves a lot of hard labor, in Second Life you just click and drag. Furnishing your home and trying out different looks is so satisfying. And it's nice to receive housewarming gifts, like the rug someone gave me.
Scandanavian War Machine:
yeah, i would like to try my hand at building my own house and decorating it but i have a free account therefore; no money, and i cant own property anyway, as far as i know.
Garcin2:
I'm still trying to get the hang of 1L. 2L sounds a bit ambitious at this juncture.
