I went to the Shellac-curated ATP back in 2002. It was the best thing that ever happened.
I recommend anyone in the UK to go at least once in their life. Sadly, there will never be another one as good as 2002.
It was good but the one curated by the Chapman brothers was excellent as well and that had Mike Watt and George Hurley performing the Minutemen Duet, which is as close as I'll ever come to seeing my favourite band play.
I'm really very underwhelmed by the line-up for the EITS ATP. The Paper Chase and Ghostface are the only really exciting people they have lined up and the rest all seem rather uninspired choices. On the other hand, this is in less than two weeks:
