Yesterday was a pretty great day for myself. I went to an Explosions In The Sky show, which was pretty great, and I bought myself some fancy new things.

Like these fancy new shoes. They were only $15 and way awesome. They have sequins on them! And are overly busy and cutesy and I love them. They are just so silly.

And then I got a fancy new piercing.

Much cooler than your septum piercing. Both at the same time is a bit face-full-of-metal-y though.

Hey, I made up a theme, and I'm still the only one on it (unless you count all the piercings and drinking, which I do. Not to be argumentative.).
I guess that's a good thing, though. It's a painful theme. Someone needs to post a compound fracture.

I went out clubbing for the first time ever in my life the other day. This is what I wore! I got SO many compliments from random strangers all night, my best friend told me she is never taking me out again because no one payed attention to her. But that's ok, because drunk people at taxi ranks freak me out.

My hiking group got a lot of new people. I hung out with a cute, very tired, kindof scaredy-cat (note facial expression) girl:

We went to the other side of that river canyon rock-carvy thingy.

I am also tired. The hike to and from the cool rock-carvy thingy was about 4 kilometers each way, and very hilly and steep and the weather's been heating up. This is me, getting my breathe on.

haha yes definently both me, only a few months apart. People always tell me I look really young in the nose picking one though, even though it was taken after the first... to the eye color, well my eyes are green on an inner circle and blue on the outer so perhaps that explains it, though I can't be sure since they look the same to me.

I think Pat was pointing out that the eyebrows are the same in both pictures, thus showing that it is the same person in each.
