comics and drawings!!... Constructive criticism welcome and needed

the comic story line has been dropped all together, with a much more thought out one in the works. It sill pertains to my "Furry" character, Cross and its being done in a "Crime Noir" style, mainly black and white, I'm moving on from the crosshatching, as it consumes far too much time.

You do not need any dialogue in those panels. It makes it so much better knowing that the guys is currently not saying anything, but just turns and shoots some guy.

Dialogue is not given for the reason that even though the art may be mine, the story and comic that its for is not mine, and since the story is not mine to give away, I removed the text from the bubbles as its a key moment in the story. Also, this page will never see print is practice. I should have said this after I posted it, my bad. I posted this so i can get a gauge on my improvements from my earlier comics now that I am an apprentice with a professional artist.
