If you read the rest of the comment, it's on par with the rest of Bush's public speeches- just above 2nd grade level. So I think it's less Bush being surprisingly witty (in a fucked up way) and more Bush having no clue how to string together a sentence without the phrases "What an awesome night for you" and "Congratulations and go enjoy yourself.''

A few nights ago I was hanging out with my friend whose runs a store cart downtown, and there was this bro and his girlfriend who walked by. My friend needs business, so he asked the bro if he wanted anything. Bro says "who did you vote for?". Friend says "Obama". Bro says "fag" and spits.
If there's any justice, that guy is crying in his chapter house right now.
